Use the online booking system by clicking 'book' buttons on this page. Select the value of the property, this will then take you through to a calendar of our availability. Once a day/time is chosen, it is reserved for you. Please make sure to add the property address when booking!

We can send a monthly invoice covering all properties/services delivered during a given month. We can also add a payment option to the booking system - get in touch with your preferred option. By booking through the system you acknowledge that you will receive a monthly invoice unless other payment process is requested.

We can attend the property on our own, however we often find that agents use the timeslot to also attend to gather the measurements and check in with the property owner.

We deliver all real estate images by 9am the following working day.

The number of images varies depending on the property value/size, however the average is between 15-30. For larger properties this can average between 30-60 especially if drone shots are requested in addition.

We understand that vendors sometimes are unable to make the original day/time - there are no additional charges for any bookings that are cancelled/rescheduled 48 hours before the booking. If cancelled 48 hours or less, a 30% fee will be invoiced.
