How do I book?
We have an online booking system where you can see availability and book a day and time that suits yourself and the vendor. Please get in touch to onboard and receive a link to the booking system!
Do I need to attend the property with you?
We often find that agents use the timeslot to also attend to gather the floorplan details and check in with the property owner, however we're happy to attend on our own.
What is the turnaround time and how many images do I get?
We deliver all real estate images by 10am the following working day.
The number of images varies depending on the property size, however the average is between 15-30. For larger properties this can average between 30-60 especially if drone shots are requested in addition.
Can I reschedule the booking?
We understand that vendors are sometimes unable to make the original appointment time - there are no additional charges unless it is cancelled after we have started travelling to the shoot in which case there is a small cancellation fee.
How are volume shoots invoiced?
We can send a monthly invoice covering all properties/services delivered during a given month.
