How do I book a video shoot?
You can book a video shoot by clicking the 'Book Now' button on our website, which will guide you through completing a form with your requirements.

To secure preferred shoot dates, a 30% deposit will be taken.
What should I do to prepare my property for the video shoot?
Ensure that the property is vacant of tenants, clean, and tidy at the beginning of the shoot. While we recommend completing any staging beforehand, we can also handle staging for an additional fee.
How long will it take to receive my video?
The turnaround time for videos is 3-5 days after the shoot, unless a different timeframe has been agreed upon directly.
What are the usage rights for the videos?
Clients are granted unlimited usage rights for their brand, marketing, and booking channels.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my video shoot?
If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot, there will be a charge equal to the deposit paid. If the videographer arrives and the shoot cannot be completed through no fault of ours, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the agreed price will be invoiced.
Can I provide specific requirements for the video shoot?
Yes, clients can provide specific requirements in advance. If there are particular areas or features that must be highlighted, please let us know beforehand.
